Refunds & returns for online purchases


• If for any reason you would like to return your goods, we will accept returns made within 7 days from when they were received/signed for.

• All items must be returned in an unused, original condition.

• We would also like to know your reason for returning them so we can look to improve our products/service in the future.

• The return of these goods are at your cost.


Refund exemptions: All custom made heating jackets and factory terminated heating tapes. These items are manufactured to order, and are therefore not eligible for refunds.

What if my product is faulty?


If you feel that your product(s) is faulty please contact us immediately to book the return of your goods. We will either arrange collection or ask for you to return the goods.



If the item(s) are found to be faulty your order will be replaced at no further charge.



If you would prefer a refund we will refund the original purchase price along with the additional postal/carriage charges incurred (maximum of £10 inc. vat). If you feel your return costs are higher than this, please contact ESH before proceeding with your return.



You should include receipts/proof of purchase for the item(s) being returned and receipts for any postal/carriage costs you would like refunding. We strongly advise all returns to be sent via a recorded/insured delivery service as we will not be responsible for any goods lost or damaged during the return.


Distance Selling Regulations


Under the Distance Selling regulations you are entitled to a full refund from items purchased from this website with 7 days of receipt of goods. However the following items are excluded; custom made heating jackets and factory terminated heating tapes (as mentioned above).
